Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions. By using this website ("Website") you are taken to consent to these terms and conditions ("Terms").

About Oundle Music Trust
This website is operated by Oundle Music Trust, incorporating Oundle International Festival, Oundle for Organists and Music in Quiet Places, of 4 New Street, Oundle, Northamptonshire PE8 4ED.

Oundle Music Trust is based in the UK.

Oundle Music Trust regrets that tickets are not eligible for Refunds.  In the case of an event being sold out we will attempt to re-sell the ticket on your behalf, but in order to do this we will require the original ticket to be returned to the Box Office prior to it being re-sold.  If we are successful on reselling the ticket, we will only refund the value of the ticket and not the transaction charges.  All refunds will only be made to the original purchaser of the tickets.  Any Lost, Stolen or Destroyed tickets are not eligible for replacement due to their cash value.

If an event is cancelled, the organisers of the Event will attempt to contact each patron.  Please note that the organisers will be reliant on the information held within the Oundle Box Office Database System, so updating information as necessary is vital.  It is the responsilbity of the Event Organsers to ensure that patrons are informed, however, Oundle Box Office will also advertise the cancellation of an Event on their website and via social media.  A full refund may be obtained via Oundle Box Office (01832 274734) or by visiting 4 New Street, Oundle, PE8 4ED.  Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser.
